摘要
藏药是我国传统药学的重要组成部分 ,其悠久的历史和独特的疗效是其发展的基础 ,而当今《中国药典》和部颁标准收载的藏药品种无一有含量测定指标控制。为适应中药现代化、国际化的需要 ,保证藏药的可控性、有效性、安全性和稳定性 ,对藏药二十味肉豆蔻丸的有效成分建立测定方法。
To establish a HPLC method for the determination of eugenol in Ershiwei Roudoukou Pills, the ODS column was used with methanol-water (58∶42) as mobile phase. Detection wavelength was 280nm. The linear correlation was good in the range of 0.1～16μg, correlation coefficient is 0.9999. The average recovery was 97.9% and the RSD was 1.94%. The method is simple, accurate and can be used for the quality control of Ershiwei Roudoukou Pills.
