摘要
目的:分析长形肉豆蔻中木脂素类成分,为质量评价提供依据。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为TC-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-磷酸三乙胺(55∶45),柱温40℃,检测波长270 nm。结果:内消旋二氢愈创木酸在0.286 0~1.716 0μg呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8),长形肉豆蔻中内消旋二氢愈创木酸的平均含量为0.833 7 mg.g-1。erythro-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-4-(3,4-methylenedioxy phenyl)-2,3-dimethy lbutan在0.320~1.920μg呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8),长形肉豆蔻中erythro-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-4-(3,4-methylenedioxy phenyl)-2,3-dimethy lbutan的平均含量为0.572 4 mg·g-1。结论:高效液相色谱法可以准确的测定长形肉豆蔻中木脂素类成分的含量,方法简单可行。
Objective:Lignan ingredients from Mystica argentea were analyzed to provide the basis for the quality evaluation.Method:Aglient TC-C18 column(4.6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm) was used in high performance liquid chromatograph,acetonitrile: triethylamine phosphate(55 ∶ 45) was used as mobile phase.The column temperature was set at 40 ℃ and the detection wavelength was at 270 nm.Result:Meso-dihydronor dihyoguaiaretic acid was linear in the range of 0.286 0-1.716 0 μg(r = 0.999 8),the average content of meso-dihydro-nordihyoguaiaretic acid from M.argentea was 0.833 7 mg.g-1;erythro-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-4-(3,4-methylenedioxy phenyl)-2,3-dimethy l butan was linear in the range of 0.320-1.920 μg(r = 0.999 8),the average content of erythro-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-4-(3,4-methylenedioxy phenyl)-2,3-dimethy l butan from M.argentea was 0.572 4 mg.g-1.Conclution:The method for determination of lignan ingredients from M.argentea by HPLC was useful and feasible.
