摘要
某清洗机用双自封高液压气管接头在组装时出现裂纹,采用化学成分分析、金相检验、力学性能试验等方法,对接头开裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明:接头开裂主要是由于接头材料在冷拉成型后退火处理不当,导致组织中存在大量冷变形过程中形成的滑移线,造成材料强度和硬度都较高,材料脆性增大塑性减小,从而使接头在组装过程中因受力发生开裂。
Crack occurred in the assembly of double self-sealing high hydraulic pipe joint for a cleaning machine.The causes of joint cracking were analyzed by means of chemical composition analysis,metallographic test and mechanical property test.The results show that joint cracking was mainly due to improper annealing treatment of the joint material after cold drawing forming which resulted in a large number of slip lines formed in the process of cold deformation in the structure,resulting in higher strength and hardness of the material,the brittleness of the material increased and the plasticity decreased,thus joint cracks occurred due to stress in the assembly process.
