摘要
材料在实际服役状态下微观结构与组织的演化一直是材料学家们最关注的方向之一。通过在样品上施加各种外场作用,利用透射电子显微镜(TEM)来实时观察分析,可以直观地研究材料或器件在实际使用过程中的性能表现,这对于材料结构-性能关系的研究有着重要的实际意义。该文主要综述了国内外在原位热、电、磁、光、力、溶液相关透射电子显微技术的研究现状及应用前景。
Microstructural and textural evolution of materials in service environment has attracted great attentions of researchers.By introducing designed probing stimuli to the samples,their reaction and behavior could be observed,characterized and monitored via in situ TEM,which had been playing increasing roles in the investigation of structure-property relationships in recent years.In this paper,development and perspective of heating,electronic,magnetic,photonic,force and solution related in situ TEM research were briefly reviewed.
