水热合成二氧化钛膜电极材料综合实验设计

摘要 为了缓解日益严重的能源危机和环境问题,寻求新的清洁能源引起了国内外研究者的广泛关注。对环境友好电极材料的研究成为人们关注的重要问题。探索在新能源材料专业本科生中开设环境友好电极材料的制备与性能表征的研究型综合化学实验。采用晶种辅助水热法合成二氧化钛/碳纸电极材料,研究晶种化的次数对二氧化钛膜电极电化学性能的影响,并通过三电极体系进行循环伏安法测试,从而计算制备电极材料的比电容,实验结果表明,晶化二十八次的电极材料的比电容最大,该实验有利于加深学生对电极材料制备新工艺和电极材料性能测试的掌握。有益于培养学生的创新意识和提高其综合实验能力。 In order to alleviate the growing energy crisis and environmental problems,the search for new clean energy has attracted extensive attention from researchers.Research on environmental friendly electrode materials has attracted special attention.This article explores the establishment of research-based comprehensive chemical experiments on the preparation and characterization of environmentally friendly electrode materials among undergraduates majoring in new energy materials.The titanium dioxide/carbon fiber paper electrode material was synthesized by seed-assisted hydrothermal method,and the effect of the number of seeding times on the electrochemical of TiO2 membrane electrodes was studied.By using a three-electrode cell,the cyclic voltammetry test was carried out to calculate the specific capacitance of the electrode material.The experimental results show that the specific capacitance of the electrode material crystallized twenty times is the largest,students can obtain a good understanding of the prepation and performance of electrode materials.It is beneficial to cultivate their innovative consciousness and improve their comprehensive experimental ability.
