摘要
大圆坯连铸机生产的低碳钢有时会出现铸坯表面裂纹缺陷,通过对浸入式水口插入深度、保护渣的使用、结晶器系统以及二次冷却强度等各项指标的优化,降低了低碳钢表面裂纹的缺陷。
The surface cracks sometimes appeared in the production period of low-carbon round billets,and through optimizing the insertion depth of submerged nozzle,the using of protecting slag,the mould system and the intensity of secondary cooling,the defect of surface cracks in low-carbon round billets were reduced.
