摘要
以宝钢高炉为背景分析高炉喷煤降焦的特点,以及实现喷煤 200 kg/t、焦比< 300 kg/t 的目标应采用的冶炼方针;指出未燃煤对高炉的利弊与减少未燃煤生成量的途径,并以国内外高炉的实践研究了大喷煤量以后炉内的变化规律及采取的对策
The possibility of 200 kg/t pulverized coal injection with coke rate <300 kg/t is explored based on analyzing the blast furnace operation in Bao Steel Company.Advantages and disadvantages of unburnt coal (char) for blast furnace running and the char producing controlling are studied.By investigating inland or abroad blast furnaces,the BF running characters and special countermeasures with high pulverized coal injection rate are also presented.
