摘要
目的 研究分析粤西两市幼儿园长的心理健康、人格特征状况。方法 应用SCL—90、EPQ量表测评了205名幼儿园园长。结果 幼儿园园长的心理健康水平低于全国成人一般水平;幼儿园园长EPQ的P、E、N三个纬度都高于常模;SCL—90与EPQ密切相关。结论 良好的人格特征对幼儿园园长提高工作效率非常重要。
Objective To study relationship of mental health an dpersonality characteristics of nursey school principals in the west of Guangdong. Method 205 nursery school principals were selected in the west of Guangdong. They were observed and
evaluated with SCL -90 and EPQ. Results The nursery principal's mental health was worse than Chinese norn. P.E.N——
the EPQ three dimension of nursery school principals was higher than Chinese norn. There were significant correlation between SCL - 90 and EPQ. Conclusion The favorable personality characteristics is very important to raise efficiency of nursery school principals.
