摘要
新生代员工由于自身特点,频繁跳槽现象屡见不鲜。激励措施是酒店吸引并留住员工的重要举措,然而单纯的物质激励方式已明显落后于新生代员工多样化的需求。因为新生代员工普遍表示对酒店缺乏认同,所以可引入组织认同这一中介变量对员工忠诚度进行测量。经过实证发现,非物质激励可显著提高员工的组织认同和员工态度忠诚度,并且组织认同对员工忠诚具有显著影响,这也为新时期的酒店管理工作开启了新思路。
Due to new generation employees own characteristics, it is a very common phenomenon that they frequently job-hop.Incentives are important measures to attract and retain the staff of the hotel, but the simple material incentives have signifi-cantly lagged behind the diverse needs of the new generation employees.Because the new generation employees generally indicate a lack of recognition of the hotel, organizational identification as an intermediary variable can be introduced to measure employee loyalty.Through empirical findings, non material incentive can significantly improve employee organizational identification and employee’ s attitude loyalty, the organizational identification has a significant impact on employee’ s loyalty, which opens up new ideas for the new era hotel management.
