摘要
县域不仅是统筹我国城乡发展的基本单元和区域经济发展的基石,也是打好精准脱贫攻坚战的主战场。县域经济发展,是我国推动经济转型升级和高质量发展,实施乡村振兴战略的着力点和落脚点。中国特色社会主义进入新时代,县域经济发展必须以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义经济思想为指导,结合我国东、中、西三大区域县域经济发展差异与产业特色优势,依托"一带一路"、京津冀协同区和长江经济带等区域发展战略,以制度变革和主动融入区域协同发展为着力点,促进县域经济跨区域融合共享发展,提升县域经济发展实力。
County is not only the basic unit of planning China’s urban-rural development as a whole and the cornerstone of regional economic development, but also the main battlefield of targeted poverty alleviation.County economic development is the focus of promoting economic transformation, upgrading and high-quality development and carrying out rural revitalization strategy. In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, it must be guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialist Economy with Chinese Characteristics for A New Era. It must take the differences of regional economic development and industrial strengths of the East,Middle and West regions of China into account and utilize the economic strategies like the B&R initiative,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Coordinated Development Region and the Yangtze River Economic Zone. Also, it must take institutional reform and active integration into regional collaborative development as the foothold to enhance cross-regional, integrated and shared development of county economy.
