摘要
文章基于劳动力供求结构失衡的现状,首先分析劳动力供求结构性失衡对人力资本回报的影响,并分析在此影响下如何更好地通过企业薪酬政策的优化来应对面临的问题和挑战。研究发现:劳动力供求结构失衡会增加企业招聘成本、培训成本及隐性成本,从而降低人力资本回报率。因此,在此基础上,企业需要通过构建包容与弹性的薪酬机制,加强薪酬预算与政策评价,提升企业人力资本利用率与价值创造功能。
This paper analyzed the influence of Imbalance of supply and demand structure of labor on the return on human capital basing on the development of Imbalance of supply and demand structure of labor then argued how to optimize the remuneration policy. This paper found Imbalance of supply and demand structure of labor could make return on human capital decline. So enterprise need construct tolerance and flexibility remuneration policy and does compensation budge better which would increase utilization ratio of human capital and the value creation function.
