摘要
企业的竞争力很大程度上取决于通过其不断优化内部组织提升经营管理效率的能力,而有效节约交易费用,不仅是任何一个企业存在的基础,也是在实践中提升经营效率的重要手段。本文以轨道交通企业SZ公司为例,通过介绍和分析其多年来三次重大组织架构优化的内容与效果,讨论了交易费用发挥的重要作用,提出了基于交易费用节约目标的企业组织架构优化条件。
The competitiveness of enterprises depends largely on its ability to enhance management efficiency through constant optimization of the internal organization. Saving transaction cost effectively is not only the basis of the existence of enterprise, but also an important means to improve operational efficiency in practice. Taking the urban rail transit enterprises SZ company as an example, through the introduction and analysis of the three major organizational structure optimization for years, this essay discusses the important role of transaction costs,and puts forward the prerequisite for enterprise organizational structure optimization with the goal of transaction cost saving.
