摘要
随着国内轨道交通的发展,部分城市的轨道交通网已初步形成。如何做好轨道交通的网络化运输,是摆在轨道交通运营管理者面前的一道重要课题。文章就网络化运营条件下的运营业务种类、组织架构发展方向进行了初步探讨,并提出了一些基本的解决建议。
With the development of domestic rail transit, part of the urban rail traffic network has been formed.How to deal with the network transport of rail transit is a important task before operation managers. This paper preliminarily discusses the operation business types under the condition of network operation, the development direction of organization structure and some basic solutions are proposed.
