摘要
以云南野生动物园游客为研究对象,通过问卷调查、访谈和数理统计等方法,从游客年龄、性别、教育背景、信息获取方式、游园用时、来园次数等方面入手,重点分析游客在保护意识、教育功能、基础设施、休闲娱乐等方面对动物园的总体评价及对科普方式、门票价格、娱乐活动方面的期望。结果表明,与全国旅游人口相比,来园参观的游客青年人居多,游客无显著性别差异,动物园对受教育程度高的游客更具吸引力;游客普遍具有动物保护意识,动物园在发挥科普教育和休闲娱乐功能方面作用显著。提出了改善猴馆、熊馆生活状况,加强物种保护科普教育,加强与国内外其他动物园交流,增加残障人士设施等发展建议。
Based on the questionnaires and interviews of tourists in Wildlife Park of Yunnan and the mathematical statistics,the tourists’evaluation for Wildlife Park in terms of protection awareness,education function,infrastructure and leisure and entertainment and their expectations for popular science,ticket price and entertainment activities were surveyed from the tourists’age,gender,educational background,information acquisition mode,time spent in the park and number of visits to the park.The results showed that compared with the national tourist population,the majority of visitors in Wildlife Park was the young people without significant gender difference,which indicated that the Wildlife Park was more attractive to tourists with a high level of education.Tourists generally had the awareness of animal protection,and the park played a significant role in science education and recreation.Some suggestions were put forward,such as improving the living conditions of monkey house and bear house,enhancingthe science education of species protection,strengthening the communication with other wildlife parks at home and abroad,and increasing the facilities for the disabled.
