摘要 目的:建立植物源农药蓖麻碱微乳剂的技术指标及测定方法。方法:参照中华人民共和国国家标准《农药乳液稳定性测定方法》GB/T1603-2001进行。结果:蓖麻碱微乳剂技术指标为:50%以上去离子水;p H为7.43;有效成分含量为100 ml∶1.69 g;透明温度区域范围为-5~52℃:稀释倍数为200倍时稳定性良好;持久起泡性测定1 min后泡沫体积为46 m L;经时稳定性0.5 a;低温稳定性(0±2)℃下贮存7 d;热贮稳定性在(54±2)℃下贮存14 d,有效成分分解率为3.7%。结论:该方法稳定可靠,可为蓖麻碱微乳剂的质量控制提供参考。 Objective: To establish technical indicators and determination method of botanical pesticides ricinine microemulsion.Method: The study was carried out according to national standards of People’s Republic of China 'Determination of emulsion stability of pesticide' GB/T1603-2001.Result: The technical indicators of ricinine microemulsion were as follows: deionized water content more than 50%;p H 7.43;effective composition content was 100 m L∶1.69 g;transparent at temperatures-5 ~ 52 ℃;emulsion stability dilution rate was 1∶200;bubble volume of persistent foaming determination was 46 m L after 1 min;stable for 0.5 years;stable for 7 days at low temperature(0±2) ℃;high temperature stability at(54±2) ℃ for l4 days with active ingredient decomposition of 3.7%.Conclusion: This method is stable and reliable,and can provide a reference for the quality control of ricinine microemulsion.
