高效促渗剂噻酮微乳液

摘要 介绍了一种高效水基促渗剂—噻酮微乳剂。根据微乳剂形成的机理,利用拟三元相图法最终得到10%噻酮微乳液的优化配方为:噻酮10%,二甲苯4.4%,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚Pe38.9%,乙醇13.3%,水33.4%。研究了10%噻酮微乳剂冷贮、热贮稳定性以及水的硬度对其稳定性的影响,结果表明试样各项质量技术指标均达到微乳制剂的要求。 Microemulsion solubilized thiazone-an efficiently water-based penetration enhancer was prepared. According to formation principle of microemulsion, suitable cosolvent, surfactant and cosurfactant were selected by pseudo-ternary phase diagram. The effect of oil phase containing variable amount of thiazone and cosurfactant on the cloud point of the surfactant was studied. The effect of temperature and water hardness on the stability of 10% thiazone microemulsion was also studied. The optimum formulation was as follows: thiazone 10%, xylene 4.4%, polyoxyethylene nonyl phenyl ether 38.9%, ethanol 13.3%, water 33.4%.
