摘要
地方高校教师专业发展与人才培养严重脱节,其内涵式发展要求高校教师专业发展与人才培养的协同。论文以人才培养质量提升为导向,从构建地方高校教师评价体系、地方高校教师教学能力提升、地方高校教师教学与科研协同发展三个方面探讨了地方高校教师专业发展,为地方高校基于人才培养促进高校教师专业发展提供了有益的借鉴。
Professional development of teachers in local universities are seriously out of line with personnel training,The connotation development of local universities require that professional development of teachers in local universities work in coor-dination with personnel training.The paper is oriented to the quality of personnel training,and study professional development of teachers in local universities from building evaluation system of teachers in local universities,promoting teaching ability of teach-ers in local universities,coordinated development between teaching and scientific research.The paper will provide useful refer-ences for promoting professional development of teachers in local universities based on personnel training.
