摘要
为了扩大经营品种,2002年3月韶钢用大电炉生产工艺试制与开发了HRB400Ⅲ级钢筋.本文重点对成品的性能和V微合金化的强化机理进行了分析,分析结果表明,试制的HRB400钢筋性能符合GB1499-1998标准要求,并同时满足二级抗震钢筋的性能要求.生产HRB400钢筋比生产HRB335钢筋可增加销售利润约90元/t.
In order to enlarge product variety, a HRB400 rebar was developed and produced with the CONSTEEL electric-arc furnace at SISG in March, 2002. The mechanical properties and the strengthening mechanism by Vanadium-mi-croalloying of the new rebar are described, showing that its properties well conformed to the standard of GB1499-1998, and met the property requirements for class II anti-earthquake ribbed bars. The profit of the HRB400 rebar increased by about ?0/ton, as compared to that of the HRB335 rebar
