摘要
提出一种新的激光外差干涉条纹计数方法,通过与参考信号的异或运算,将原来高频的外差信号转化为一直流电压信号;通过移相电路获得相差90度的另一路信号,然后用可逆计数器实现稳定准确的周期计数.
A new method for heterodyne laser interference fringe counting is proposed. After exclusive OR operating with the reference signal, the formal high frequency heterodyne signal is turned to a DC voltage signal. Anoiher signal with 90 degree delay is obtained by phase shift circuit. The accurate and stable circle counting is done by a reversible counter.
