首先阐述资本市场是矿业企业发展的必然出路 ,然后比较详细地阐述利用资本市场直接融资的优势 ,接下来论述资本市场对江西铜业发展的促进作用 ,最后阐述江西铜业上市对其他矿业公司的启示。
The paper proposes that the capital market is the way out for the development of mining enterprises and discusses the advantage of direct financing through capital market,the promotion role that capital market plays on the development of Jiangxi copper industry and the inspiration of Jiangxi Copper Corporations listing on other mining enterprises.
