摘要 目的　探索血清糖链抗原 12 5 (CA12 5 )、19 9(CA19 9)及癌胚抗原 (CEA)联合测定对肺癌的诊断价值。方法　应用酶联免疫法对 5 6例肺癌、2 0例良性肺病及 2 0例健康人血清进行测定。结果　 3项标志物在不同组织类型肺癌中均有不同程度地升高 ,与良性肺病组及正常对照组比较差异有显著性意义 ;2项标志物同时阳性者为 6 9% ,而良性肺病组及正常对照组均未发现假阳性者。结论　 3项标志物对肺癌均有一定的诊断价值 。
