摘要
通过共沉淀法制备了美多心安-β-环糊精包合物,并用核磁共振谱图加以鉴定,证明了美多心安和β-环糊精能够形成包合物,且包合物中主客分子比为2:1。
Metoprolol/cyclodextrin inclusion compound was prepared by the co - precipitation method, and its structure was examined by 1HNMR, The formation of the inclusion compound was proved, The ratio of host to guest is 2:1 in inclusion compound.
