摘要
用N2 吸附法系统测试了高岭石、蒙脱石、叶蜡石、滑石、凹凸棒石、海泡石、铁云母、绢云母、蛭石、钾长石等 10种常见工业矿物材料的比表面积、孔结构以及表面能特征。初步讨论矿物表面特征、微孔结构与矿物晶体结构、化学成分以及加工工艺、性能之间的联系。研究结果表明 :矿物的表面特征是由其矿物结构决定的 ,矿物成分的微小差异可能导致矿物表面特征的较大差别。
The surface area, pore structure and surface energy of some general clay minerals, including kaolinite, bentonite, vermiculite, sericite, annite, steatite, pyrophyllite, sepiolite, attapulgite and K-feldspar, were measured systematically with the N2 adsorption technique. The relationship between surface characteristics and micropore structure, minerals structure, chemical components as well as the relationship between processing technologies and properties is discussed. The results show that the surface characteristics are determined by the minerals structure, and the rather large difference of the surface characteristics of minerals may be caused by the slight discrepancy of minerals composition. The measurement results of minerals surface characteristic could offer more accurate data for the development and new applications of the clay mineral materials.
