摘要
文章为高压传压介质叶蜡石选择了一个塑性本构模型,它包括DP屈服准则和相关联的流动准则。利用专业有限元分析软件对这个力学模型进行了检验,对高压下叶蜡石的塑性行为进行了初步的模拟和计算。根据计算结果和有限元模拟的误差,就叶蜡石密封性和传压性间的关系进行了探讨。
The plastic constitutive model which involves DP yielding principle and relevant flowing principle was selected for high pressure conduction medium pyrophyllite.The dynamics model was tested with professional finite element analysis software and an initial imitation and calculation were carried out on the plastic behavior of pyrophyllite under high pressure.The correlation between sealing performance and pressure conduction of pyrophyllite was discussed according to calculation result and error of finite element imitation.
