摘要
对胀果甘草的地上部分茎叶进行了氨基酸、矿质元素及蛋白质、糖、粗脂肪等营养成分的测定和分析。结果表明:氨基酸总含量为29.41g/100g,粗蛋白含量为22.62%,总糖含量为18.32%,粗纤维含量为31.60%,为其资源的开发利用提供了科学依据。
The amino acids, mineral elements, sugar and crude fat from aerial parts of Glycyrrhiza inflata were analyzed. The results showed that the total amino acid was 29.41 g/100g, crude protein -22.62%, total sugar -18.32% and crude fibre-31.60%. The data presented here provide some scientific basis for exploitation and utilization of this plant resource.
