摘要
采用家兔背部两侧多点皮内基础注射,静脉加强注射,利用饱和硫酸铵(SAS)盐析和G25分析法制备与纯化抗体,制得高纯度、高滴度(1∶2560)的多抗,以此作为检测李氏杆菌的诊断试剂。
The test adopted more dot injection of rabbit backs id e and salted out with SAS to make and pure LM antibody.Some processes were impro ved.The higheffective,pure,peculiar antibody was gained and it is more import ant to immunology diagnose.
