摘要
本文以技术变化迅速的制药业和电子业为例 ,通过大量的统计数据和案例 ,分析并证明了在技术优势成为企业竞争力核心因素的全球背景下 ,为获取相应的技术进而通过价值链的国际专业化来实现技术的静态和动态协同效应 ,从而提高技术效率和技术竞争优势 ,是跨国公司进行跨国并购方式投资的一个重要动因。
In recent years, transnational mergers and acquisitions (M&A) developed rapidly. Taking the pharmaceutical industry and the electronics industry as an example, the paper argues that it is an important incentive for the multinational corporations to merger and acquire internationally to seek technology innovation and realize the static and dynamic effects of technology coordination. TNCs can improve their competitiveness through the international specialization of the value chain under the background of globalization.
