摘要
目的 观察脊髓压迫损伤减压后脊髓横截面面积恢复情况 ,并探讨脊髓有效组织的保留与神经功能恢复的关系。 方法 5 4只SD大鼠按不同压迫时间分为 1,6 ,2 4h三个压迫组 ,每组 18只 ;应用不锈钢螺钉造成脊髓压迫损伤 ,观察减压前、减压后 1周、减压后 4周三个时间段。于观察期结束行神经功能评价 ;计算脊髓横截面面积恢复率及脊髓有效组织保留率 ,及其与神经功能恢复的相关性。 结果 ( 1)三组动物神经功能恢复比较 ,差异有非常显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1) ;( 2 )三组脊髓横截面面积恢复率比较 ,差异无显著性意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;( 3)三组脊髓有效组织保留率分别为 ( 87.4± 6 .1) %、( 5 5 .7± 5 .9) %、( 2 9.5± 9.7) %,差异有非常显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1) ,并与神经功能恢复呈显著正相关 (r=0 .90 2 ,P <0 .0 1)。 结论 ( 1)脊髓组织有良好的黏弹性 ,不同程度压迫损伤减压后均有较好的外形恢复 ;( 2 )脊髓有效组织保留率可客观地判断脊髓损伤程度及神经功能恢复预后。
Objective To observe the recovery of cross-section area of spinal cord following spinal cord compression injury and investigate relationship between functional residual tissues and neuronal function recovery. Methods According to different compression durations, 54 SD rats were divided into 1, 6 and 24 hours compression groups (18 rats per group). The spinal cord was compressed by stainless steel screw. Neuronal function was evaluated after 3 stages of observation, ie, pre-decompression, 1 week after decompression and 4 weeks after decompression. We measured the recovery rate of cross-section area and the reservation rate of functional residual tissue of spinal cord and analyzed their relationship with neuronal function recovery. Results Compared with each other among 3 groups, there was a very significant difference in neuronal function recovery (P<0.01), an insignificant difference in the recovery rate of cross-section area (P>0.05) and a very significant difference in the reservation rate of functional residual tissues of spinal cord (P<0.01). The reservation rates in 3 groups were (87.4±6.1)%, (55.7±5.9)% and (29.5±9.7)%, respectively. Furthermore, reservation rate of functional residual tissues positively correlated with neuronal function recovery (r=0.902,P<0.01). Conclusions (1)Because spinal cord has good plasticity, it can obtain better morphological recovery following different extents of spinal cord compression; (2)The reservation rate of functional residual tissues of spinal cord can be used to assess the extent of spinal cord compression and the function and prognosis of neuronal function.
