摘要
针对大鼠心肌细胞的分离及培养技术进行探讨,从中摸索出一套比较实用的单个心肌细胞分离培养的方法,以满足有关心肌组织功能检测及相关研究的需要。
The detachment techniques for vat cardiomyocyte were studied and a useful and simple one was developed io meet the need of experiments relative to tissue engineering as well as cultured heart model.
