摘要
利用海绵浸渍方法制备出具有优良生物降解特性的β-Ca_3(PO_4)_2(β-TCP)多孔陶瓷材料,采用图象分析和扫描电镜分析了样品内部孔结构特点,实验结果表明,这种材料不仅孔径大、气孔率高,而且孔洞之间相互连通,构成网状结构,从而非常有利于材料植入体内后生物降解并诱导新骨组织长入。
In this work,a new porous biodegradable β-Ca3(PO4)2 (β-TCP) ceramics was prepared by using sponge to absorb β-TCP slurry. The internal porous structure of specimen was analyzed by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). The experiment results show that the materials have a great number of pores and these pores are interconnected, which favors biomedical degradation of the materials and helps induce the ingrowth of new bones after they are implanted in the body.
