摘要
通过对ABAQUS有限元软件进行二次开发,对滑动粗糙表面间的接触导热问题进行了研究。将滑动粗糙表面间的接触热导定义为滑动速度、接触压强、材料热参数以及表面粗糙度的函数,并且分析了3个无量纲参数对接触导热的影响。研究表明,往复运动形式对滑动粗糙表面间的导热具有重要的影响。当滑动表面间的导热过程达到稳定状态时,单位时间内的无量纲平均热流密度随着无量纲参数η和无量纲频率■的增大而升高,随着接触荷载的减小以及表面粗糙度的增大而减小。此外,无量纲平均温度的变化规律与无量纲平均热流密度的变化规律相一致。
The contact heat conduction problem between the rough sliding surfaces was studied through secondary development of finite element software ABAQUS.The thermal contact conductance was defined as a function of the sliding speed,the local contact pressure,material properties and the surface roughness,and the effeecs of three dimensionless parameters were also analyzed.The results reveal that reciprocating motion has a significant influence on contact heat conduction.When heat conduction between sliding surfaces reach a stable stape,the dimensionless mean heat flux per unit time increases with the rising dimensionless parametersηand■,which the heat conduction decreases with the reduction of the contact pressure and the growth of the surface roughness.Besides,the variations of the dimensionless average temperature are consistent with those of the dimensionless average heat flux.
