摘要
近年来,我国高校专职科研队伍建设取得了一定的进步,但也存在诸多问题,主要是高校科研快速发展的需要与国家现行编制规模总量控制之间的矛盾。本文结合清华大学在专职科研队伍建设中的一些探索和尝试,分析专职科研队伍建设现阶段存在的问题,并给出建议。
In recent years,the construction of full-time research staff in universities of China has made some progress,but there still exist some problems. One of the main problems is the contradiction between fast development of full-time research staff and control of total amount on establishment in universities. Based on the explorations and practices of the team in Tsinghua University,this paper focuses on the problems on the construction mechanism of full-time research staff in universities,and then gives a few suggestions.
