摘要
采用金相组织观察、化学成分分析、力学性能测试等方法分析了12Cr1MoV屏式过热器长时超温爆管原因。结果表明:屏式过热器的长期超温运行导致钢管显微组织退化(珠光体球化)以及氧化膜快速生长,两者相互影响并形成恶性循环,造成钢管高温力学性能剧烈下降。在恶劣的高温高压服役环境中,蠕变孔洞首先在晶界生成,并进一步扩展成裂纹;裂纹沿晶界扩展,并最终导致爆管。
The causes of tube explosion of 12Cr1MoV platen superheater after long-time over-temperature operation were studied by metallurgical structure observation,chemical composition analysis and mechanical property testing. The results showed that long-time over-temperature operation of platen superheater resulted in degradation of tube microstructure( pearlite spheroidization) and rapid growth of oxide film,which formed a vicious circle of mutual influence,leading to a sharp degeneration of high-temperature mechanical properties. In the harsh environment of high temperature and high pressure,creep cavities are firstly formed at the grain boundary and expanded into cracks,which grow along the grain boundary and finally lead to tube explosion.
