摘要
某电厂的12Cr1MoV(42×5mm)高温段过热器管发生爆裂。采用宏观和微观分析方法,分析了爆裂原因。结果表明,该爆裂模式为局部高温腐蚀引发多处横裂源进一步导致2处同一径向的纵裂。局部高温腐蚀及珠光体完全球化是这起事故的根本原因。
The burst reason of 12Cr1MoV steel tube of high temperature superheater tubes of a power plant was analyzed through macroscopic and metallographic examination .The results showed that local corrosion in high temperature led to mul-tiple cross crack sources , and propagation of the cracks caused vertical cracks to the same radial direction in two places . Local corrosion in high temperature and fully nodular pearlite were the root cause of the failure .
