摘要
结合产业技术能力结构理论,通过对半导体和纳米科技两个行业案例科学、技术和产发展脉络进行梳理,试图发掘基于技术与基于科学的产业转化关系逻辑机理。研究发现,产业共性技术在产业属性转化过程中存在门槛中介效应;政府机构在产业共性技术创新中发挥着重要"创新推动者"角色,政府机构的作用强度和作用趋势引起了产业属性转化的不同方向。如政府机构重视并大力投入基础性共性技术创新,则引起行业向基于科学的产业转化;若政府机构重视并致力于引导应用性共性技术研发,则引起行业向基于技术的产业发展。该研究发现对发展基于科学的产业具有一定理论和现实指导意义。
According to industrial technical ability structure theory,this paper attempts to explore the logic mechanism of industrial transformation based on technology and science based on the case science,technology and production development of semiconductor and nano technology.The research shows that the industry generic technology has the threshold mediation effect in the process of industrial attribute transformation;The Government agencies play an important role of'innovation promoters'in the innovation of industrial generic technology,and the role of government agencies and the role of government agencies have led to different directions of industrial property transformation.If the government attaches importance to the fundamental generic technology innovation,it will cause the industry to transform to the scientific industry.If the government agency is committed to guiding the development of applied generic technology,it will cause the industry to develop into technology-based industries.The research findings have theoretical and practical implications for the development of science-based industries.
