摘要
基于双元领导理论、创新搜索理论和组织创新理论,旨在探究双元创新搜索视角下双元领导行为对组织创新绩效的触发作用与边界条件。以327家企业调研数据为有效样本,运用多层线性回归分析法对概念模型进行检验。结果表明:双元领导与组织创新绩效呈显著正相关;双元创新搜索在双元领导与组织创新绩效之间起部分中介作用;环境不确定性和组织时间节奏对双元领导与组织创新绩效之间的正向关系具有显著的强化效应。
Based on the theory of ambidextrous leadership,innovation search and organizational innovation,this research explores the mechanism and moderating effect of ambidextrous leadership on organization innovation performance.Through the questionnaire survey data of 327 firms,this research conducts hierarchical regression to testify the conceptual model.Results reveal that:(1)Ambidextrous leadership has a significant positive influence on organization innovation performance;(2)Ambidextrous innovative search mediates the relationship between ambidextrous leadership and organization innovation performance;(3)Environment uncertainty and organizational time pacing moderate the positive relationship between ambidextrous leadership and organization innovation performance such that it’s stronger among high environment uncertainty and organizational time pacing than among low ones.
