在珠江河口新、老围垦区内,在沟渠、滨河湿地和围垦湿地中,采集0~40 cm深度的土壤样品,测定其全磷和金属铁、铝、钙、镁、镉的含量,分析了土壤全磷含量的分布特征,以及土壤金属对全磷含量的影响。结果表明,各类型湿地表层土壤(0~10 cm)全磷含量(335.8 mg/kg^1 190.1 mg/kg)总体高于全国土壤全磷含量平均水平。老垦区沟渠表层土壤全磷含量显著高于新垦区(n=39,p<0.05),而新垦区滨河湿表层土壤全磷含量高于老垦区(n=45,p<0.05)。老垦区内,沟渠表层土壤全磷含量显著高于滨河湿地(n=57,p<0.05)。除滨河湿地以外,新垦区和老垦区的沟渠和围垦湿地的土壤全磷含量差异不显著。除新垦区围垦湿地以外,其他湿地土壤全磷含量总体上随着土壤深度的增加而降低。相关分析结果表明,新垦区(n=20)和老垦区(n=32)沟渠和老垦区滨河湿地(n=16)土壤中全磷含量与铁、铝、镁的含量显著正相关(p<0.01)。钙的含量只与新垦区围垦湿地土壤全磷含量显著负相关(n=16,p<0.05)。除老垦区滨河湿地和新垦区围垦湿地以外,其他湿地土壤全磷含量与镉含量显著正相关(p<0.05)。
Soils cores to the depth of 40 cm were collected from three types of wetland soil(ditch wetland, riparian wetland and reclaimed wetland) in the young and old reclaimed regions of Pearl River Estuary. The contents of total phosphorus(TP), iron(Fe), aluminum(Al), calcium(Ca), magnesium(Mg), cadmium(Cd)were determined to investigate spatial distribution of phosphorus and the effects of metals on soil total phosphorus. The results showed that total phosphorus contents in surface soils(0-10 cm) varied from 335.8 mg/kg to 1 190.1 mg/kg, which was generally higher than the national average total phosphorus level in China. Total phosphorus contents in surface soils were higher in the old ditch wetlands than in the young ditch wetlands,whereas higher total phosphorus contents in surface soils were observed in the young riparian wetlands compared to the old riparian wetlands(n=39, p<0.05). Total phosphorus contents in ditch wetlands were significantly higher than those in riparian wetlands in the old reclaimed regions(n=45, p<0.05). With the exception of riparian wetlands, there were no significant differences between total phosphorus contents in reclaimed wetlands and ditch wetlands between the young reclaimed region and the old reclaimed region. Soil phosphorus mainly concentrated in the top soils along soil profiles, and exhibited different profile distributions in different types of wetlands. Except for the reclaimed wetland soils in the young reclaimed regions, soil phosphorus decreased generally with depth along soil profiles. The results of person correlation analysis showed that total phosphorus contents were significantly correlated with the Fe, Al and Mg(p<0.01) in ditch wetlands in both the old(n=32) and young reclaimed regions(n=20) as well as in the older riparian wetlands. In contrast, only Ca showed a significant negative correlation with total phosphorus(n=16, p<0.05) in the reclaimed wetlands in the young reclaimed region.
