摘要 目的:研究加入纳米羟基磷灰石填料对光固化窝沟封闭剂抗压强度、显微硬度和黏结剪切强度的影响,并比较添加不同浓度纳米羟基磷灰石填料之间的差别。方法:按照不同浓度将纳米羟基磷灰石添加到光固化窝沟封闭剂中,检测其抗压强度、显微硬度和黏结剪切强度。结果:加入不同浓度纳米羟基磷灰石填料的窝沟封闭剂的抗压强度、显微硬度明显提高,但不影响黏结剪切强度。结论:添加适当浓度的纳米羟基磷灰石填料可明显增强窝沟封闭剂的机械性能。 Objective: To study the effect of nano hydroxyapatite filler of pit and fissure sealant in the compressive strength,microhardness and shear bond strength,and to add the difference between different concentrations of nano hydroxyapatite filler. Methods: Nano hydroxyapatite is added to the pit and fissure sealant in different proportions. The compressive strength,microhardness and shearing strength detection was detected. Results: The addition of different concentrations of nano hydroxyapatite filler of pit and fissure sealant compressive strength,microhardness are improved obviously,and the shear bond strength is not affected. Conclusion: Nano hydroxyapatite filler with proper concentration can significantly enhance the mechanical properties of the sealant.
