摘要
通过设定创意产业集群内企业知识刚性,知识异质性等变量,设计知识刚性及知识异质性对于集群内企业的知识转移规则,针对创意产业集群内企业间具有小世界网络特性的知识网络中的知识转移行为进行仿真。仿真结果表明,动态环境下知识异质性相对于知识刚性对于知识转移的影响更为明显。调控知识刚性,动态分析知识异质性的影响,是提高知识转移水平,加强知识转化效率,避免知识趋同和路径依赖的有效途径。
By setting variables such as enterprise knowledge rigidity and knowledge heterogeneity in the creative industry cluster,design the knowledge rigidity and knowledge heterogeneity affecting rules of enterprises within the cluster,and make simulation analysis of knowledge transfer behavior in knowledge networks with small world network characteristics among enterprises in creative industry clusters.The simulation results show that knowledge rigidity and knowledge heterogeneity have a certain influence on the knowledge flow among enterprises in the creative industry cluster,and the influence of heterogeneity is more obvious.At present,the research on the impact of knowledge heterogeneity in knowledge transfer focuses on static environment,but the influence of knowledge heterogeneity on knowledge transfer is more obvious in the dynamic environment.Regulating knowledge rigidity and dynamically analyzing the impact of knowledge heterogeneity is an effective way to improve the level of knowledge transfer,enhance the efficiency of knowledge transformation,and avoid knowledge convergence and path dependence.
