摘要
运用交易费用理论优化民企在军民深度融合中的路径。研究提议:构建'四位一体化'的军民融合信用评估体系、搭建标准化的军民'对话'机制、完善准入和退出市场机制,探索'军民一家亲'的关系契约模式,以期降低交易费用,提高交易效率,为'民参军'寻找新制度经济学下的理论建议,同时拓宽新制度经济学的研究范围。
Therefore,cost theory is applied to explore routing optimization of private enterprises’participation in deeper development of military-civilian integration.We suggest that the military-civilian credit evaluation system should be optimized;the military-civilian dialogue mechanism should be normalized,and the market access and exit mechanisms should be matured.Still,we propose to build up relational contracts so as to reduce transaction costs and improve transaction efficiency.This study is expected to provide new institutional reference for deeper development of military-civilian integration,and broaden the scope of new institutional economics.
