摘要
通过比较国有企业与民营企业的创新机制,分析两者之间差异。利用2005~2016年我国两种所有制企业的基础数据,探究国有企业和民营企业制度创新、技术创新、市场创新、组织创新和管理创新的差异,并分析其原因。研究表明:国有企业对政府有严重的依赖性,而民营企业则对市场有着较大的依赖性和竞争性。同时通过实证分析两种所有制企业在技术创新方面投入产出的差异,最后提出国企改进对策建议。
By comparing the innovation mechanism of state-owned enterprises and private enterprises,the differences between the two are analyzed.Based on the basic data of two kinds of ownership enterprises in China in the past 2005-2016 years,this paper explores the differences between institutional innovation,technological innovation,market innovation,organizational innovation and management innovation between state-owned enterprises and private enterprises,and analyzes the reasons.The research shows that the state owned enterprises have serious dependence on the government,while the private enterprises have great dependence and competition on the market.At the same time,through the empirical analysis of the two kinds of ownership of enterprises in technological innovation input-output differences,finally put forward the state-owned enterprises to improve countermeasures and suggestions.
