摘要
发达国家和地区生活垃圾分类管理经验表明,生活垃圾分类看似事小,其实内部存在较为复杂的运作逻辑和规律。上海要积极借鉴发达国家和地区的先进经验,结合上海自身城市发展实际,进一步深化现有生活垃圾分类管理方案和计划,不断完善上海生活垃圾分离管理体系,努力提高垃圾分类管理能力,为全国的垃圾管理提供样板示范。
The experience of classified management of domestic waste in developed countries and regions shows that the classification of domestic waste seems to be a little thing,in fact,there are more complex operational logic and laws in the interior.Shanghai should actively learn from the advanced experience of developed countries and regions,and combine Shanghai’s own urban development reality to further deepen the existing domestic waste classification management program and plan,continuously improve the Shanghai domestic waste separation management system,and strive to improve the waste classification management capacity,so as to provide a model for the national waste management.
