摘要
介绍了三维编织碳纤维增强尼龙(简称C_(3D)/PA)复合材料的发展历史,并归纳了C_(3D)/PA复合材料几种合成工艺的利弊所在。其中:采用三维整体编织技术能够制备形状复杂的C_(3D)/PA复合材料,但成本较高;静态浇铸法操作方便、工艺简单但不易制备大型件或形状复杂件;反应注射成型技术,由于有真空、压力的辅助,使得大型件及形状复杂的中空制件的制备成为可能,且性能优良,是制备C_(3D)/PA复合材料较为合适的方法。并进一步提出了改进C_(3D)/PA复合材料性能的几种可能途径。
This paper reviews the history of 3D-braided carbon fiber reinforced nylon(C3D/PA) composites, and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of methods of synthesizing the composites. 3D-integrated-braiding can fabricate complex C3D/PA composites,but it is too costly monomer casting is a simpler method,but this technology cannot make huge or complex composites. Reaction Injection Molding technology ,utilizing vacuum and high-pressure to make huge or complex composites can produce nylon composites that have excellent mechanical properties,so RIM is an appropriate technology for making C3D/PA composites. Finally some methods of improving the properties of C3D/PA composites are suggested.
