摘要
以芳香族溴化物、硼酸盐、含氰杂环化合物组成复合阻燃体系,以玻璃纤维为增强剂,经高速混合和双螺杆挤出造粒研制成阻燃增强尼龙6。其阻燃性能达到 FV-0级,缺口冲击强度20kJ/m^2,拉伸强度138MPa,弯曲强度242MPa。还研究了阻燃增强尼龙6的流变性能,考察了复合阻燃体系配比、玻璃纤维含量、尼龙6相对粘度、工艺条件对阻燃增强尼龙6性能的影响。
A flame-retardant reinforced Nylon-6 was produced on a twin-screw extruder,with aromatic bromide,borate and heterocyclie nitrogen compound as flame-retardant composite system,glass fiber as reinforcement.The flammability of the Nylon-6 met the FV-0 degrade and had notched impact strength 20 k J/m^2,tensile strength 138 MPa,flexural strength 242 MPa.The rheological property of the flame-rctardant reinforced Nylon-6 was also studied.The effect of formula,glass fiber content,relative viscosity of Nylon-6 and pro- cessing condition on the property of the flame-rctardant reinforced Nylon-6 was investiga ted.
