井下架空乘人装置三维可视化及虚拟仿真研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过分析大倾角架空乘人装置的关键设计,提出了采用3DSMax三维建模对大倾角架空乘人装置关键技术,并对相应安全保护装置进行建模,其次结合Quest3D为场景驱动引擎,实现巷道、设备及安全装置等虚拟展示,实现了架空乘人装置可视化运动仿真。仿真结果验证了架空乘人装置设计的合理性和安全性,降低了系统优化以及技术改进的周期。 After analyzing key design points of the aerial man-carrying device with large obliquity, 3DMAX was applied to build the model of the device and its safety protection. And then, Quest3 D was combined to drive the engine of scene to realize virtual display of roadways, equipments and safety device etc, thus motion visualization and simulation of the aerial man-carrying device were realized. Simulation results indicated the reasonableness and safety of the aerial man-carrying device. The simulation reduced the cycle of system optimization and technical improvement.
