摘要
对当前选煤自动化的现状进行了简要分析,指出了当前选煤过程中工艺参数自动控制中存在的问题,通过对旋流器选煤过程中悬浮液密度和黏度、入料压力等工艺参数实现自动控制的重要性以及建立智能化控制系统的必要性的分析,得出结论:通过选煤过程智能化控制,可大大提高系统的可靠性、实时性、灵活性和性价比,实现更大的经济效益。
The paper briefly analyzed the current automation of coal washery, and pointed out the problems existing in the automatic control of technical parameters during coal washery. After analyzing the significance of realizing automatic control of the technical parameters such as density and viscosity of suspension, feeding pressure as well as the necessity of building intelligent control system, it was concluded that the intelligent control system during coal washery enhanced the reliability, real-time feature, flexibility and ratio of performance to price of the system, which brought about better economic benefits.
