摘要
通过有限元分析仿真的方法求出某型号采煤机截割电动机转矩轴的安全系数,采用试验轴在试验台上模拟转矩轴实际截煤过程中遇到突加载荷的加载过程进行试验,得出试验轴的实际断裂转矩,并与Workbench中有限元仿真的仿真转矩作对比,以此修正理论分析结果,最后提出采煤机截割电动机转矩轴国产化设计方法,提高转矩轴设计的设计精度以及可靠性。
By means of FEA, the safety factor of the torque axis of the cutting motor of an imported shearer was obtained. The bench test was conducted, where the test shaft was applied to simulate the torque axis encountering sudden load during actual cutting process, and then the actual breaking torque of the test shaft was obtained. The test results were contrasted with the torque obtained from simulation in Workbench, and then the contrast results were applied to amend theoretical analysis results. At last, the home-made method of designing the torque axis of the cutting motor of the imported shearer was proposed, thus the design precision and the reliability of the torque axis improved.
