采煤机牵引部行星架受力分析制造及加工优化 被引量:1

摘要 利用ANSYS软件对采煤机牵引部二级行星架进行受力分析,发现存在明显的应力集中现象,是导致结构件容易出现故障问题的重要原因。基于受力分析结果,对花键端轴颈部位尺寸进行优化改进。优化后的轴颈的外径增大了5.7 mm,但使得应力最大值从550 MPa降低到了332.56 MPa,降低幅度为39.58%。按照优化后的结构方案对二级行星架进行制造加工,取得了很好的效果,结构件的故障率降低了20%左右,为采煤机的可靠、稳定运行提供了坚实的保证。 The stress analysis of the secondary planetary frame of the traction section of the coal mining machine using ANSYS software reveals that there is an obvious stress concentration phenomenon,which is an important cause of the failure of the structural parts.Based on the results of the force analysis,the dimensions of the journal part at the spline end were optimized and improved.The optimized journal outer diameter was increased by 5.7 mm,but the maximum stress value was reduced from 550 MPa to 332.56 MPa,with a reduction of39.58%.The manufacturing and processing of the secondary planetary frame according to the optimized structural scheme has achieved good results,and the failure rate of the structural parts has been reduced by about 20%,which provides a solid guarantee for the reliable and stable operation of the coal mining machine.
