摘要
利用UG和Ansys软件建立采煤机截割滚筒的受力分析模型,发现不同截齿之间的平均受力呈现出显著的不均匀性,差异系数K值为0.425,滚筒不同方向上的受力波动系数也较大,会影响截割滚筒运行过程的稳定性,缩短结构的使用寿命。以螺旋叶片升角、截齿的平均截线距和平均截距为优化对象,以受力均衡性为优化目标开展优化工作,结果使得差异系数K值降低为0.252,综合受力波动系数降低了19.61%。通过优化改进使得截割滚筒的运行稳定性显著提升,其使用寿命可以提升10%左右。
Using UG and Ansys software to establish the shearer cutting drum force analysis model,the results found that the average force between different picks presents significant unevenness,the coefficient of difference K value is 0.425,the drum in different directions The force fluctuation coefficient is also large,which will affect the stability of the cutting drum during operation and shorten the service life of the structure.Taking the spiral blade lift angle,the average intercept distance and the average intercept distance of the picks as the optimization objects,and the force balance as the optimization objective,the optimization work was carried out.As a result,the difference coefficient K value was reduced to 0.252,and the comprehensive force fluctuation coefficient was reduced.19.61%.Through optimization and improvement,the operating stability of the cutting drum is significantly improved,and its service life can be increased by about 10%.
