摘要
随着社会主义市场经济的发展,传统式的“公共课-专业基础课-专业课”教学模式培养出来的成人专科学生、高等职业学生已不适应新形势下市场需要。本文就成人大专层次“素质与基本技能-专业技能与理论”的两段式人才培养教学模式进行探讨。
With the development of our socialist market economy, traditional teaching pattern of three-stage (public course--speciality basic course-speciality course) for adult professional college students and higher vocational school students can not meet the requirements of the market in new situation. This paper discusses the teaching pattern of two-stage personnel fostering pattern-'Quality and Basic Skill-Speciality Skill and Theory' for adult higher education and professional college education.
